bro, i know you're pretty stressed out in the band. you've done your best and have been practicing hard for the past few months. i know due to davin's presence, you feel extremely pressured.

you felt mediocre compared to the rest of us.
as a drummer, it is easy to feel the groove and free jam cos drummers are flexible in the different beats and rhythms but this can only happen with exposure and experience.
we all need time to feel the dynamics as a band for its been long since we played together.

i'm not sure if you'll ever read this, but please don't feel left out anytime alright bro?
we're still a band as always.




Self-Memo : 
To me, a drummer is someone who has to be constantly calm no matter what happens. I have this image in myself that even if everyone's sound just cuts off at once the drums needs to keep going. Even if it is a technical problem, the drummer is the person who at that moment needs to keep the song going in your head and go back and keep playing.

went out to help dad today. dad needed to go for a haircut so he dropped me at bras basah complex as i needed to get my books from popular. half way i met weixiang and woops, he remembered that he still owed me 20 bucks...so i had an extra 20 bucks in my pocket to spend on something :D

first, went to popular and got my books. after that, went to swee lee. checked out the drumsticks...apparently, they don't sell any zildjians (or it could have been me not double checking if there were any other shelves.) too bad, all they had were Tama, vic firth and some dave weckl signature models...hmm so i went with a vic firth 7A. its my first time trying out a vic firth and it feels kinda good. bound to give solid strokes (:



went to macs to get something to eat. seriously, i've been eating quite alot these days. but sadly, i haven't been gaining any weight at all. i want to get fat. AHHH.

crashed over at vickys house on friday. hanqi, kw, xiaobai and maomao were playing mahjong. forestor, was using hq's lappy and i was playing half life 2 on vicks computer.
forestor went to sleep at 2am. and i played till mrning about 9 am before i went to bathe.


ok enough bout the stupid detailed crap. i wasn't able to use conditioner cos i dont know which bottle was the conditioner =.= and ended up with an unkempt hair and had to wear vicks long sleeve cos i didn't bring any extra clothes.

went to felicias school funfair...quite fun la. cos got girls everywhere LOL. i thought the haunted house was pretty interesting though. no pictures cos i was simply too shagged and tired to take any photos of the whole event.  apparently, the "ghosts" were being slapped, kicked, pushed and "touched" as well. and if it wasn't bad enough, we were being scolded by the entrance girls even before we went in cos they were telling us of the plight those "ghosts" were in. hahaha not actually scold la.
i think they were pissed already after so many jokers want to act tough go in then spoil the meaning of the "haunted house" by wrecking the whole place. vick and ernest were absoultely hilarious though. hahahahahaha


before all that, we were sitting under the shelter and watching the performance. what really attracted our attention was the bands performance. i guess its kinda interesting to watch other bands play and compare. but hey, they were not bad ok. considering they're just students and every member knew how to play each others instruments. i was like "wtfux" LOL

got jamming afterwards so i gotta go prepare in awhile. feeling dam bored nowadays.

and so i'm back home again, after making deliveries. leaving the house again in awhile more.
medical checkup next friday, i wonder if i'm fit enough for army...haha

something dam funny happened yesterday morning when i woke up. this bugger, of all places, chose to land on the groin area of my pants while i'm asleep. i saw the small lil cute thing crawling on the floor in the living room, but i never thought it would go ALL the way to my room and land there.

and so i went to the polyclinic to see the doctor. the sore throat was so bad and painful that i even had to stop swallowing my own saliva. (the doctor later said it was swollen badly.)

went down to collect my medication, kesh called and asked if i wanted to go for prawn catching later at amk but having to help my dad, i had to refuse. sorry bro =\


the "gargle" medicine. dilute 1 part with 3 parts of water (i had diffuculty understanding this for the first 5 minutes while trying to find out what the fck i'm suppose to do with this)



the usual, antibiotics i think since i was instructed to complete the whole course...hmm

went out with lane, kevin, huiya, peiwen, yixiang and alex today. sentosa is a boring place if you don't know where to go and what to do there.

woke up late cos kevin overslept and didn't morning call me. hahaha.
by the time i reached, they went back to the station sat the bus to palawan. we actually sat the bus for 2 rounds cos it was exteremely hot outside and there was air con in the bus =.=
shenleng wasn't feeling well so she wasn't able to come along with us. aw.

then the girls went to play in the water. kevin and alex threw sand at them. i just sat there and watch cos i didn't want to get wet with my jeans on. LOL

after that, went back to vivo and went to pet safari to oo and ahh at the hamsters and dogs. took bus 80 home with peiwen and yixiang.

and i'm here, feeling that my blog is going to be dead with dust any moment now.

was down with a slight fever yesterday. it was raining and i fell asleep in the car...prolly thats how I got the fever... anyway, feeling better.

going out later....was stuck with running errands for dad for the past few weeks. urgh. dam bored anyway...
i guess for the next few days would be busy preparing for vesak day performance.
hopefully by this week we can confirm on the songs we're gonna perform~
