went cycling with my mates. fun, tiring =.=
my legs were aching from the uphill cycling and such.
was slower than them... >.>
hahaha
im getting weaker and weaker...need to exercise more...
not like there wasn't any photos...but none were good.

15th September, o7 Saturday

sis and ananda being solemnized for marriage. the ceremony was held at the Cheng Beng Buddhist Society...to be honest, its pretty rare for a wedding to be held at a temple...i mean so far, its the 2nd buddhist wedding i've ever attended.
first were my dharma teachers, now its my very own sister ;D

i apologise but i have a very bad habit of tilting my camera whenever i take a photo...trying to get rid of that habit.

roamed around the temple. much has changed since my last visit...the whole temple was well renovated. hell, they even have an exhibition on the different Bodhisattvas and idols :O


and this is their Ci Su Xuan, a vegetarian restaurant. its basically a buffet type of serving, offering various kinds of vegetarian foods prepared by a chef (im not sure bout that though. didn't ask dad about it).

and the exhibitions on display...
this is just the small part of it. the 1st floor isn't big, neither is it small...
but check this out. not much of a surprise but look !

any idea which bodhisattva this is?

yep, its the Manjusri Bodhisattva which my school adopted as their "role model" and some sort of value thingy thingy...i don't know how to put it but heck. haha.
there were 3 other Manjusri idols there too...
both made from different eras, dynasties and different models.
models...what the hell am i saying..lol
im lazy to write more so i'll just post the photos with captions.
